Speaking of Ng Man Tat, everyone sure remember him as the main supporting actor in Stephen Chow's movies.
提起吴孟达，大家肯定记得他就是那个在周星驰电影里的主要配角。
Because of this, he is known as Hong Kong Golden Supporting Actor.
也因为如此他被誉为香港黄金配角。
On February 27, 2021, Ng Man Tat died of liver cancer in Hong Kong hospital at the age of 69.
2021年2月27日，吴孟达因肝癌在香港医院逝世，享年69岁。
Everyone regards him as a comedian, but he was noticed by the character "Hu Tiehua" in the 1979 TV series "Legend of Chu Liuxiang".
大家都把他定位为喜剧演员，但他却是因1979年的电视剧《楚留香传奇》中的“胡铁花”一角受到注意。
In 1991, Ng Man Tat won the Best Supporting Actor Award at the 10th Hong Kong Film Awards for his movie "A Moment of Romance".
吴孟达更在1991年凭借着电影《天若有情》荣获第10届香港金像奖最佳男配角奖。
也许不是很多人记得吴孟达曾经来过新加坡参演过本地的电视剧。
I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to act with Tat-Gor (that was how everyone called Ng Man Tat at the filming site).
我有幸能跟达哥（当年在片场大家都这样称呼吴孟达）演戏。
I was very excited to see the Superstar and acted with him.
很兴奋能看到巨星并与他演对手戏。
At that time, like a small fan, I handed Tat-Gor my script for his autograph and he readily signed on it.
当时像小粉丝的我随手就把剧本给了达哥要签名，他也很爽快地在上面签了名。
Tat-Gor's autograph has been kept.
一直保留着达哥的亲笔签名。
Although only met once, sincerely hope that Tat-Gor RIP.
虽然只有一面之缘，但衷心希望达哥一路走好。
