Government encourages the public not to wear masks unless feeling unwell.

This move is to manage the private utilisation rate and prioritise allocation for healthcare workers.

此举是为了管理私人使用率并优先分配于医护人员。

With the global supply shortage and the likelihood of the export bans, it is not sustainable if there is no control made.

由于全球的供应短缺，并且有可能实施出口禁令；如果不加以控制，这将是不可持续的。
