This is the first time I have ever got up this early to donate blood.

这是我第一次这么早起床去捐血。

Today marks my 21st year of donating blood.

今天是我捐血的第二十一年整。

Assuming I donate blood 4 times a year and each donation is 450 ml, I have donated a total of 37,800 ml of blood.

假设我每年能捐血四次，每次捐血450毫升，那么我总共捐了三万七千八百毫升的血液。

What does 37,800 ml of blood mean?

三万七千八百毫升的血液是什么概念？

This is equivalent to 25 1.5-litre bottles of soda.

这相当于25瓶1.5升装的汽水瓶。

Donating blood is actually more beneficial than harmful to men and can save lives, especially since it involves donating your "old" blood.

捐血其实对男性是利多于弊又能救人，更何况献出的是你的“旧”血。

As we all know, out with the old, in with the new, so go donate blood whenever you have time!

众所周知旧的不去、新的不来，所以有空就去捐血啦！

As those who have read my previous blog post, "Wisdom", know that I only have half of my wisdom teeth left.

看过我上一篇部落格《智慧》的人都知道，我只剩下一半的智齿了。
