Typically, blood donation is done every three months, but you can donate again from the tenth week onwards.

一般捐血是每三个月，但在第十个星期起就能再捐血。

The condition is that the donor's haemoglobin level (male) must be 15.0 g/dl.

条件是捐血者的血红蛋白水平（男性）为 15.0 克/分升。

If it has been over three months since your last donation, your haemoglobin level needs only to be at least 13.0 g/dl (male) and 12.5 g/dl (female).

只要离上次捐血超过了三个月，血红蛋白水平（男性）至少需要达到 13.0 克/分升，（女性）12.5 克/分升。
